Account Security:
You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Platform through the password and identification originally assigned to you, whether authorized by you or not. To ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism, we adhere to the following terms and conditions for both patients and healthcare professionals. By availing of our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are designed to protect your well-being and privacy in compliance with the Government of India's healthcare guidelines.
1. Eligibility and Scope of Services
Our services are provided by licensed and qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Nutrition Consultants, and caregivers.
Home visits are available for medically approved procedures and evaluations that are safe and feasible outside of a hospital environment.
The service does not cover medical emergencies or critical care beyond the healthcare professional’s approved scope of practice.
2. Patient and Family Responsibilities
Disclosure of Medical History: Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health, current medications, and any known allergies to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Safe Environment: Patients or their caregivers must ensure a clean, safe, and private space for the healthcare professional to work.
Companion Presence: For personal safety and accountability, it is recommended that a family member or companion be present during the healthcare visit.

Identification: Healthcare professionals will present official identification upon arrival. Patients are encouraged to verify credentials before the service begins.
Professional Conduct: Healthcare professionals are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism, respecting patient confidentiality, privacy, and personal boundaries.
Equipment and Safety: Healthcare professionals are trained to use all necessary equipment safely. They will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by health and safety guidelines.

Swasthya Connect uses an AI Assistant to help users seeking medical assistance or treatment. This AI Assistant primarily facilitates booking appointments by allowing users to enter symptoms, medical conditions, or treatments they wish to consult about with a healthcare professional.
Important Points to Note:
Non-emergency Use Only: You should never use the AI Assistant for medical or psychiatric emergencies.
Emergency Protocol: In case of an emergency, dial 108 or visit the nearest hospital.
Platform Use on Behalf of Others: You may use Swasthya Connect on behalf of another user (third party) only if you are the legal guardian of that person and have the legal authority to make decisions for their personal and medical needs.
No Substitute for Medical Advice: The content on the Platform should not be considered or used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, care, or treatment.
In certain cases, users may be redirected to chat or call with our patient support team, such as in the following situations:
When the AI Assistant provides an uncertain outcome;
